- Account & Identity Data: Name, business email address, user role (PM, Supervisor, Engineer), company assignment, and password credentials.
- Operational Site Data: Project drawing markups, task progress logs, material requests, and uploaded site documentation.
- Geolocation & Check-In Data: Latitude and longitude coordinates captured when users initiate GPS site check-ins to verify site presence.
- Digital Signatures: Touchscreen signature captures collected for document sign-offs.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser user agent, session timestamps, and device parameters.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process data for the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
- Contractual Performance: Providing core application functionality, user authentication, and task allocations.
- Legitimate Interests: Verifying site presence via GPS check-ins, security monitoring, and maintaining audit logs.
- Legal Compliance: Retaining financial transaction records and maintaining regulatory compliance.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption and stored securely on servers located within the United Kingdom. We enforce strict administrative access controls to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or data loss.
