1. Agreement & Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the NexField web application, mobile tools, and B2B services ("Services") provided by Full Bit Systems Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 11212860, with its registered office at 4 Garrick Road, London, NW9 6AA.
By creating an account, registering a business, or subscribing to our Services, you ("Client", "Subscriber", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. B2B Subscription & Services
NexField is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for site management, drawing markups, material logistics, timesheets, and field team operations. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business operations during your active subscription term.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must ensure that all authorized personnel (Project Managers, Supervisors, Engineers) comply with these Terms.
- You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content to the platform.
4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, drawings, photographs, signatures, and material records uploaded to your account. You grant us permission to host and process your data solely for delivering the Services.
Our Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the NexField application, software code, user interface, brand assets, and documentation belong exclusively to Full Bit Systems Ltd.
5. Service Availability & Support
We endeavor to provide a reliable service with maximum uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever feasible. Support queries can be sent to vdulschi@gmail.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by English law, Full Bit Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the Services. Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall be limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
